Go.

Just to clear things up, I am firmly on Team Zombie and not Team Vampire. That may change but I thought I'd clear up any misconceptions straight away.

Today's post is about email, I'm a middle manager who manages to middle about all day answering between 30 - 50 emails. Some are technical some are scary, most are a plea for help. I'm going to take the last sentence of the last 10 emails I got today and string them together, see if you can guess what I do?

I realize that this is quite a ways away, but am wondering the best approach on this.

While that frees up positions, it will take awhile for truly increasing the size of your team. We are all in 100% agreement. No changes submitted. But I am not supportive of doing so, and unless I am mistaken (please point that out) then no action is required until we can look at it next week. We will be by to pick this us today. Individual installs would be cumbersome at best. After they confirmed the warranty status they a sent repair return box. Is there any additional information that I can provide at this time or have you settled things for now? Please let me know if this is an issue.
