A grand festival of super-dorks. It's kind of like the ren-faire meets cirque de soliel in a professional karaoke forum. Fantasy and sci-fi all rolled up into one weird package complete with a garageband soundtrack. This is what I do: I push the pause button between songs so the spandex clad performers can catch their breath. Borts and his dancers; Dinah and Pu-nope bring a seriously warped and hilarious texture to any venue, but a shot of jameson surely helps. This place called counterpulse on mission and 9th will be hosting this evenings freakshow. Somehow Borts Minorts is able to simultaneously mock, mimic and codify the 'art' of show and the amount of energy that goes into performing.
